These Terms govern your use of legacygolfcrafts.com and any purchases or services provided by Legacy Golf Crafts LLC (“Legacy Golf Crafts,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or purchasing services/products, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

We provide golf club restoration and fitting-related services, which may include (as applicable): cosmetic restoration, face refinishing, paint-fill, re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie measurement and adjustment.

By-appointment / drop-off: We operate by appointment and arranged drop-off/pick-up. We do not operate a public retail storefront.

2) Quotes, Approvals, and Changes

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide and initial inspection.

  • If additional issues are found (e.g., hidden damage, prior bends, cracking risk), we will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional work.

3) Important Disclosures and Risks (Services)

Golf club work involves inherent risks, especially on older, previously bent, or damaged clubs:

  • Loft/Lie adjustments: bending can stress metal; there is a risk of cracking or breakage.

  • Shaft pulling/re-shafting: removal can result in component damage (especially older epoxy/brittle materials).

  • Cosmetic work: restoration improves appearance, but deep gouges, pitting, plating wear, or material loss may remain visible.

You acknowledge these risks by authorizing service. Our liability is limited as described below.

4) Turnaround Times

Turnaround estimates are not guarantees and may change due to workload, parts availability, and inspection findings. We will communicate timing updates when needed.

5) Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at drop-off / at pick-up / at time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Product orders are charged at checkout.

  • Taxes may apply where required.

6) Refurbished Products (Clubs) — Condition and Disclaimer

Refurbished clubs are pre-owned and may show normal wear consistent with use, even after restoration. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, refurbished clubs are sold as-is with no manufacturer warranty.

7) Training Aids and Retail Products

Training aids and retail items are sold as described on the product page. Results depend on user application and are not guaranteed.

8) Returns and Refunds

Services: Because restoration/fitting work is customized, service fees are generally non-refundable once work begins. If there is an issue with workmanship, contact us within 7 days of pick-up so we can assess a reasonable remedy.

Products (Shop):

  • Returns window: 14 days from delivery.

  • Items must be unused (where applicable) and returned in original condition/packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returned refurbished clubs to cover inspection, cleaning, and processing. If an item shows signs of use beyond inspection, the restocking fee may be up to 15%. Items returned in a materially different condition than delivered may be ineligible for a refund.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to services or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service/product giving rise to the claim.

10) No Professional Golf Instruction

We provide equipment services and general equipment guidance. We are not providing medical advice, physical therapy advice, or guaranteed performance outcomes.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by Legacy Golf Crafts LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

12) User Content (Photos/Reviews)

If you submit photos, testimonials, or reviews, you grant us permission to use them for marketing (website/social) unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

13) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision.
